The plugin requires active WooCommerce. Install and activate it; the plugin features and page then become available.

How to match a payment with an order
Configure whether the number detected in a payment is interpreted as the order ID or the order number.

Is the plugin safe? What does it check?
Yes. It checks for the customer role only, no orders and no content — re-verified on the server, plus capability and nonce.

How often are transactions checked?
It depends on the server CRON interval; each run downloads transactions for the configured number of days back (2 by default).

CRON returns a 403 error
A 403 error means a missing security token. Use the URL with ?secret=… from the Fio settings page and update the server CRON.

Deleting a single customer

What if the customer does not enter the variable symbol?
The plugin also searches the comment, reference and message for the order number. If it is nowhere, you assign the payment manually.
